How it works

  1. Apply by email with a one-paragraph note about your practice. We confirm within 2 working days.
  2. You get your partner code — a short referral string and a co-branded landing page if you'd like one (your logo, your client-facing copy, our checkout flow).
  3. Refer clients via the landing page or by adding your code at checkout. The client's £400 pack purchase is attributed to you.
  4. We pay 25% quarterly via bank transfer, with a CSV of the referrals. No invoicing required — we self-bill if your jurisdiction supports it.
  5. Lifetime attribution. If your client comes back next year for another pack, that's still attributed to you.

The platform covers 988 active policy templates across 197 frameworks and 8 jurisdictions (UK, EU, US, AU, CA, CH, SG, plus emerging international coverage). All policies are bespoke-generated, not retrieved from a static library — we don't ship the same template to two different businesses unless their answers are identical.

Questions partners ask

Is 25% negotiable for higher-volume partners?

Yes. Default is 25% on packs and 20% on single-policy SKUs. Partners referring 10+ packs per quarter move to 30% on packs and 25% on single policies, with quarterly reviews. If you're already representing a portfolio (e.g. an SRA-regulated firm with 200+ SME clients), email and we'll talk.

Does the partner code lock the client in?

No. Your client owns their data, can leave PolicySuite at any time, and there's no auto-renewal because packs are lifetime purchases. The only lock-in is the policy library itself — but the editable Word and PDF outputs are theirs forever regardless of platform status.

Can I white-label?

Light-touch white-label yes — co-branded landing pages, your logo on the delivery email, your name on the cover sheet of the PDF. Full white-label (your domain, your checkout, your support inbox) is available at the 30%+ tier and requires a separate agreement.

What if my client wants something the catalogue doesn't cover?

The catalogue has 988 templates today. If a specific policy is missing, email us — we'll write it bespoke for your client, add it to the catalogue, and credit the original 25% on top of the new template. Time-to-add for net-new policies is typically 5–10 working days.

How do I avoid recommending this to a client who'd be better served by something else?
